Description
The cif-tools suite of programs are tools you can use to examine and manipulate mmCIF and PDB files.
Install
Binary package:
pkg install cif-toolsFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/science/cif-tools/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= cif-tools>0:science/cif-toolsPackages
