Description
libcifpp is a library the contains code to work with mmCIF and PDB files.
It allows to read/write the above mentioned molecule interchange formats.
Install
Binary package:
pkg install libcifppFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/science/libcifpp/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= libcifpp>0:science/libcifpp
LIB_DEPENDS= libcifpp.so:science/libcifppPackages
