Description
mmtf is a C++ headers-only decoder/encoder library for the MMTF format.
The macromolecular transmission format (MMTF) is a binary encoding of chemical and biological structures.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install science/mmtf-cpp
pkg install mmtf-cppFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/science/mmtf-cpp/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= mmtf-cpp>0:science/mmtf-cppPackages
