Description
h5netcdf is an open source project and Python package that provides an interface for the netCDF4 file-format that reads and writes local or remote HDF5 files directly via h5py or h5pyd, without relying on the Unidata netCDF library.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install science/py-h5netcdf
pkg install py312-h5netcdfFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/science/py-h5netcdf/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
