Description

xBOUT provides an interface for collecting the output data from a BOUT++ simulation into an xarray dataset in an efficient and scalable way, as well as accessor methods for common BOUT++ analysis and plotting tasks.

Install

As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:

pkg install science/py-xbout
pkg install py312-xbout

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/science/py-xbout/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	py312-xbout>0:science/py-xbout
