Description
NIfTI-1 is an Analyze-style data format, proposed by the NIfTI DFWG as a short-term measure to facilitate inter-operation of functional MRI data analysis software packages.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install science/nifticlib
pkg install nifticlibFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/science/nifticlib/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= nifticlib>0:science/nifticlibPackages
The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
