Description
trx is a Python implementation of the trx file-format for tractography data.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install science/py-trx-python
pkg install py312-trx-pythonFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/science/py-trx-python/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= py312-trx-python>0:science/py-trx-pythonPackages
