Description

Algorithm::Diff is a perl module that provides an interface to compute the difference between two files, two strings, or any other two lists of things. It uses an intelligent algorithm similar/identical to the one used by classical Unix diff(1). It is guaranteed to find the *smallest possible* set of differences.

Install

As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:

pkg install devel/p5-Algorithm-Diff
pkg install p5-Algorithm-Diff

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/devel/p5-Algorithm-Diff/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	p5-Algorithm-Diff>0:devel/p5-Algorithm-Diff
